Getting There
By Car
85 km from Cologne. Calculate with a travel time of 1:10 h
by train
Approx. 2:00 h from Cologne by train and bus. The last stretch to the cabin can be covered by foot or bike.
We recommend checking the schedules according to the day of the week and time in advance and pre-booking the taxi to avoid any waiting times.
Equipment
In our cabins, you'll find everything essential for your stay in nature. The cabin is equipped with a wood stove, cosy blankets, a hot water bottle, and tea to keep you warm even on colder days. We recommend packing warm clothing like snug socks, thick sweaters, and a raincoat for rainy days. Additionally, please remember to bring sturdy footwear and rubber boots, as the meadows and fields around can be damp and muddy during the cooler months. You can add extra amenities like bikes, a grill, or a fire bowl (depending on the location).

Meet your host Eva und Kevin
Your contact person on-site
Eva and Kevin are your hosts on site. They run the organic farm, which has been in the family for seven generations. Together with their family, they manage the farm shop and café – with great passion, responsibility, and respect for animals and nature. What makes the farm special is the combination of traditional agriculture, regional direct marketing, and its unique location in a nature reserve.
For any questions or concerns during your stay, your host is here to help.
