The cabins
Getting There
By Car
55 km from Frankfurt. Calculate with a travel time of 0:50h.
by train
Approx. 1:30 h from Frankfurt by train. The last stretch to the cabin can be covered by bike or on foot.
We recommend checking the schedules according to the day of the week and time in advance and pre-booking the taxi to avoid any waiting times.
Equipment
In our cabins, you'll find everything essential for your stay in nature. The cabin is equipped with a wood stove, cosy blankets, a hot water bottle, and tea to keep you warm even on colder days. We recommend packing warm clothing like snug socks, thick sweaters, and a raincoat for rainy days. Additionally, please remember to bring sturdy footwear and rubber boots, as the meadows and fields around can be damp and muddy during the cooler months. You can add extra amenities like bikes, a grill, or a fire bowl (depending on the location).
Surroundings
Outdoor Bathtub from Feuerwasser
One of the three cabins offers a special highlight: a private outdoor bathtub from Feuerwasser, crafted from fragrant pine wood, located right next to the cabin. Here, you can let your mind wander and experience deep relaxation. Fire up the wood stove, feel the soothing warmth on your skin, and let your gaze drift into the distance – or count the stars in the night sky. If you book the cabin with the bathtub, its use is included in your stay.
