How does a Partnership with Raus work?
We manage the production, delivery, and installation of the cabins.
We handle marketing, booking management and are in regular contact with the guests.
As the host on site, you are our point of contact and responsible for the ongoing operation of the cabin. Among other things, you will be responsible for cleaning, supplying the cabin with water and assisting with minor maintenance tasks.
You'll have the opportunity to offer the guests your farm's own products.
Benefits
Additional income: For placing the cabin on your property, you will share in the profit earned from the cabin. This allows you to generate income from unused areas of your land, but you can also continue to use the land yourself without disrupting your business.
Partnership at eye level: Additionally, you can offer your own products and activities via our platform.
Flexibility: Our cabins are mobile and trailer-built, they are minimally invasive and do not seal any land. They are easy to set up and can be moved at any time.

FAQ
What are the next steps after filling out the form?
We will review all information and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that this may take up to four weeks. In the next step, we will arrange a viewing appointment. After a successful viewing, we will jointly draw up a contract. We will take care of the installation and rental of the cabin.
Who takes care of the cleaning of the cabin?
As a host, you are responsible for the ongoing operation of the cabin. We provide you with everything you need and are always available to you. You can handle the cleaning yourself, run it through your own business, or work with external service providers. We will support you in finding the option that works best for you.
Will my business be disturbed by the cabin?
The cabins require little space, and the locations are selected in a way that does not interfere with your business. Since guests arrive and depart independently and check-in and check-out is keyless, there is no additional effort for you.
Do the cabins need electricity, fresh water or waste water connections?
Thanks to solar energy and water tanks, the cabins can be operated completely independently without access to water and electricity supply. With a modern compost toilet, no sewage access is required either.
Do I have to welcome the guests?
The cabins have a keyless entry system, so guests can check in and out completely on their own, without your assistance. Many of our hosts offer additional services to guests, such as farm tours, hikes or even harvest assistance.
What does the typical Raus guest look like?
Raus attracts a diverse audience looking for a short break away from the hustle and bustle of the city: Most of our guests are couples, followed by young families, hikers, self-employed people and digital nomads.
