How does a Partnership with Raus work?
We're taking care of production, delivery and installation of the cabin.
We're handling marketing, booking management and customer service.
As a host, you will be in charge of running the operations of the cabin on site. Among other things, you will be responsible for cleaning and supplying it with drinking water. You can also offer your own products and services for sale to the guests.

FAQ
What are the next steps after filling out the form?
We will review all the information and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that this can take up to four weeks. In the next step we will arrange a viewing appointment. After the successful inspection we will draw up a contract together. We will take care of the installation and rental of the cabin.
Who takes care of the cleaning of the cabin?
As a host, you're responsible for operating the cabin. You can do the cleaning yourself, handle it through your own business/company, or work with external service providers. We will support you in finding the right option for you.
Will my business be disturbed by the cabin?
The cabins require little space and the locations are selected in a way that ensures your operations are not impacted. Since guests arrive and depart completely on their own (no key handover etc.), there is no additional effort from your side.
Do the cabins need electricity, fresh water or waste water connections?
Thanks to solar energy and water tanks, the cabins can be operated completely independently without access to water and electricity supply. With a modern compost toilet, no sewage access is required either.
Do I have to welcome the guests?
The cabins have a keyless entry system, so guests can check in and out completely on their own, without your assistance.
What does the typical Raus guest look like?
Raus attracts a diverse, urban and affluent audience who is looking for a break from their hectic lifestyle: couples, families, hikers, self-employed people and digital nomads.
What is the classification according to the building law?
Our cabins are built on mobile trailers with road permission and therefore do not encroach on the ground. The building law situation for mobile vacation accommodations differs from case to case. Please contact us and we will analyze your individual situation together.
