What are the next steps after I fill out the form?
We will take a close look at the information you have submitted and get back to you to arrange an appointment to view the pitch. After a successful inspection we will draw up a contract together. We will take care of the installation as well as the maintenance and rental of the cabin.
Who takes care of the cleaning of the cabin?
Depending on the location, we work with various service providers from the region. The cleaning is done by our trained cleaning staff before or after each stay. However, if you are interested, the cleaning of the cabins can also be covered by your business, of course you will be remunerated for your efforts.
Will my business be disturbed by the cabin?
The cabins require little space and the locations are selected in a way that ensures your operations are not impacted. Since guests arrive and depart completely on their own (no key handover etc.), there is no additional effort from your side.
Do the cabins need electricity, fresh water or waste water connections?
Thanks to solar energy and water tanks, the cabins can be operated completely independently without access to water and electricity supply. With a modern compost toilet, no sewage access is required either.
Do I have to welcome the guests?
The cabins have a keyless entry system so guests can check in and check out independently and without any action on your end.
What does the typical Raus guest look like?
Our guests are couples, sports enthusiasts, self-employed people, digital nomads or small families who usually live in urban areas. They want to take a break from big city life and appreciate the peace and quiet of nature.
What is the classification according to the building law?
Our cabins are mounted on mobile trailers with road permission and therefore do not encroach on the ground. The building law situation for mobile vacation rentals differs. Please feel free to contact us and we will analyze your individual situation together.
